Food is always great here, the reason for the 3 star was because of service. Had to ask a few times for water, a sushi roll came when everyone else was finished their meals, and seemed like the server disappeared when wanting the bill. Again, food is delicious, service needs to be better for me to go back.

Great dinner with my family, Had the 4 fish combo. The salmon, butter fish and mahi mahi were outstanding. The tuna was OK. Everything else was great. Would highly recommend.

I have been to Roy's in Arizona and was excited to find out there was one in my area in southwest Florida. Roy's has the best food you can find. Roy's is perfect place to enjoy wonderful meal. Five stars for food, service, and ambiance.

Roy's is an excellent place to eat. They remodeled it entirely and it's more open and modern looking now than before. The food and the service are always excellent and the ambience is so much better with the remodeling. Roy's is not the least expensive place to go in Naples but it is one of the best restaurants in Naples and Bonita Springs. I highly recommend a visit or more.

Went for happy hour to check it out. The food was pretty good- everything tastes fresh and was presented quite nicely. We had the wagyu beef sliders and their chocolate dessert. We had Alex Kane as our server and she was also great. My only complaint is that it's a bit overpriced for what it is. Can get a lot more (and better) food elsewhere for that price

The food is nothing short of outstanding. The hot appetizer ribs are to die for. The wait staff provides top notch treatment. It's an overall dinning experience.

Excellent Thanksgiving meal best lobster bisque ever, super tender Turkey breast, all 5 sides were great, almost no room for desert! Feeling spoiled. Loved it!

Michael was a fantastic waiter. The rest of the staff great great but Michael is the star. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent. Highly recommended.

My husband and I we always try something different Roy’s absolutely on point ,the drink are fantastic 1988 was incredible ,love the food everything was delightful the hot appetizer are amazing, the ribs are incredible delicious we’re definitely recommend this place ,the waiters were so attentive !!!

We used to come here every year on New year's and came back once this year for aloha hour. The bartender was a little hard to get her attention (we were the only people at the bar that night) but she was friendly enough when I didn't enjoy my first drink. Was disappointed in the cocktails we got- in the past they have been delicious but this time around they just weren't as good. We were also swarmed by fruit flies by the end of the night indoors. For the price, I can't say Roy's is worth it anymore.

Excellent food excellent service fun atmosphere

We love to go out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent place which friends told us about. We spent a delightful experience there with great food and an experienced stuff and a great cuisine. We added this place in our phone list and we shall surely visit again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Love the food have been going here for many years

First time here since new head chef came aboard recently. All food was exquisite. Bar drinks prior to dinner and servers always outstanding. Head Chef Alex stopped at our table and was delightful. We’ll be back soon!

Celebrated my birthday last night with family. Superb cuisine and lovely atmosphere. We had a great round corner table for the six of us. Would love to visit again f an evening as they have many outdoor tables - just beautiful!

Great Dining at Roy's. We went for lunch on Sunday for no crowds and received fast friendly service. Ordered 4 different items ( 4 people) from the lunch menu, all delicious.

Great place to get appetizers during happy hour. My picture is of the Wagyu Burger which was amazing.

Good food, wide variety of selections, excellent service.

Top notch food and service. My steak was perfectly cooked with a delightful and delicious Thai basil mushroom sauce. The wedge salad was perfectly balanced. The chocolate souffle is a must for dessert but I have had the pineapple upside down cake during an earlier visit and it is also a must try. The restaurant was kind enough to accommodate a request for scallops and short ribs by serving half orders of each as an entree. My only note here is the lobster bisque which I sampled. It was a little curry forward but it may be that curry and lobster just do not work as a flavor profile for me.

Went to have drinks with a few friends and the new bar is almost done! It's going to be amazing, so much more space and a whole new side with tables for Happy Hour! The server's at the bar were so nice, Julie was awesome! And the new manager Jay Novella came over to us to see how we were doing, I like that when management takes time to say hello and see how things are going. Great customer service! We will be back!

Our butterfish tasted bad... like old fish. The waiter, Paul, only said that if we mention this NEXT time we come, they would try to give us their freshest fish. So, apparently, you might get their old fish, if you don't complain BEFORE you order.The man that brought out our entrees said that he would bring a fork to me, since mine had been taken after salad course. Over five minutes later, my food was getting cold and I had to flag down Paul for my fork.We previously would go there quite frequently. For about 10 years we would bring a party of 18 or more on New Year's Eve. We did not go there this last year for our big party due to the inconsistent service and food quality. We still go occassionally, but only because it is convenient.

Went for brunch Sunday and the food was wonderful! We drove from NFM just to try them out and we are very impressed with the right amount and combinations of spices. The staff was friendly and professional. We will be back for dinner in the future!

WORST SERVICE EVER! So bad in fact, that it overshadowed the good food. It took 3 1/2 hours before we could get out of the restaurant. We had to keep looking for the server for anything we needed. Only one end of our table of 12 were offered coffee and desert. We waited forever for the check because the server couldn't figure out how to give separate checks, although he originally said no problem, easy to do. No itemized bill so we couldn't see what we were charged for (he just split the bill 6 ways), nor did we get the $100 off the manager promised for our party. Many other great restaurants in the Naples area to choose from. Total incompetence, ruined my night! I wont be back.*Follow-up*Manager (Tina) called to apologize and offered coupons for each couple to make up for the service issues we had. She explained what may have caused the confusion. Being that the business cared enough to follow up, a rarity these days, I will be happy to give them another try. The food is always good!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. Food was excellent! I am vegan and they have vegan options. I ordered the Hibachi grilled "tofu" steak for my entree and for appetizers vegetarian Caterpillar roll...very good! We will definitely come back!

Really really really nice. Had dinner for special anniversary and we were treated like celebrities. Food, drink, service was excellent. Will go back again in a heartbeat.

Exquisite food and fantastic service. Our server Roland was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and he instantly knew that soy sauce dishes were off limits. That's the first time I've ever had a server know that without being told.

A good fine dining option in Bonita Springs. We celebrate birthdays at Roy’s because it is special events despite the higher prices we have to pay.

Valentine's Day was a bust. My wife's shrimp plate was dry as a bone and included soft lukewarm noodles that looked and tasted just as bad. Every salad dressing they served was spicy when we explicitly requested nothing spicy. The waitress was in such a rush she forgot to mention all the desert choices, so we ended up with only 2 choices. Overall a lousy and very expensive dinner. We could have a had a better (and less expensive meal) almost anywhere else.

Great menu. Wife has gluten allergies and they were very helpful with suggestions. A little loud with full crowd in there. Make sure to make reservations.

Every thing great with one exception, undercooked fish. Waitress was all over it and replaced it immediately. Were advised of super happy hour 3- 6: 30 daily. We will be back

Fantastic place. I went their for Sunday brunch. Had spare ribs for an app, they were so delightful. They stole the show for the whole meal. Also got a steak which excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were good. Place was very nice and clean. Excellent dining experience, I highly recommend!!!

Great atmosphere. The food is top notch. Lobster Bisque is a must have.
